We offer a range of Higher and Degree Apprenticeships which help employees to gain the skills and experience that today’s industry needs. The educational programme is a collaboration between you, the learner and the University.
Why hire an apprentice?
Supporting a new or existing employee through an apprenticeship can be very beneficial for your business. You'll be developing a highly-skilled individual with the qualifications and relevant on-the-job experience. So they can help deliver growth, fresh ideas and innovation for your organisation.
Higher and Degree Apprenticeships
In 2017, Training 2000 became part of the University of Central Lancashire. This means higher apprentices now have more direct routes to a Degree Apprenticeship. By combining our strengths with Training 2000, we are specialists in apprenticeship programmes. Our courses are aimed at enhancing business performance, increasing efficiency and enabling innovation.
This close collaboration has also resulted in an engineering facility at our Burnley Campus, Victoria Mill. It offers apprentices clear career pathways, where they can progress from Level 2 to Level 7.
